Guest rooms have been reserved under the primary guest name for May 1st, 2024 to May 6th, 2024 (length of stay can be shortened at the guests' discretion).

To take ownership of the reservation, at the reserved rate, as well as payment responsibility; you must call in order to take over your room you MUST call Ketisha at 1-877-Sandals (726-3257) Ext. 7866.

DO NOT SPEAK TO ANOTHER REPRESENTATIVE, ONLY KETISHA. Ketisha is familiar with our booking and account and can ensure a smooth transition of your reservation.

When taking over the room you will need to provide the following:

◦ Primary Guest Name

◦ Booking Confirmation Number (please contact the bride and/or groom for your booking number)

◦ City and State: La Follette, TN or Riverview, FL

◦ Last 4 digits of phone number used while booking: 6892 or 2729

Ketisha, at the time of taking over the reservation, will collect a deposit of $400 for the room reservation. No other deposit or fee should be collected at this time. The remainder of the room ($3,885.00 for May 1st - May 5th, less if you choose to shorten the length of stay) is not due until 60 days prior to arrival.To receive your room code and primary guest name, please reach out to the bride or groom directly.
